Amber Novak LAc, LMP is a preferred provider with numerous insurance companies for both acupuncture and massage. If you do not see your insurance company, please feel free to ask or make a request.

While Amber is not in network with Group Health, they usually offer out of network payments.

Medical Acupuncture and Massage fees are based on the industry standard. Reimbursement rates and copays/co-insurances vary per insurance company due to the variable allowances.
